I am a writer and editor from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I hold an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from the University of Alabama, where I was a Graduate Council Thesis Fellow during my final year of study. In 2015, I received a Vaclav Havel scholarship from the Prague Summer Program for Writers, where I wrote and studied in Praha 4 with T. Geronimo Johnson, Stuart Dybek, and Richard Katrovas. My fiction has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize Anthology and appeared in Bellevue Literary Review (NYU), Cimarron Review, Quarterly West, New Ohio Review, Moon City Review (University of Arkansas Press), The Alembic, and elsewhere. I am currently completing a short story collection and a novel. In addition to my work as a holistic editor, I have served as a Literary Author and Researcher in the University of Pittsburgh’s Institute of Politics, as well as an Assistant Professor of Literature at Point Park University.
